What Makes Zip-Track Different

Standard roller shades hang freely from their housing. In wind, the fabric can swing, flap, or pull loose from the guides. Zip-track shades solve this with a continuous zipper system that locks the fabric into aluminum side channels along the full height of the drop.

The result is a taut, gap-free screen that handles gusts up to 65 mph without retracting. That's a significant advantage on the Emerald Coast where afternoon sea breezes are a daily occurrence.

UV and Heat Reduction

The solar mesh fabrics block 90 to 97 percent of UV rays. They reduce interior heat transfer significantly — homeowners report air conditioning savings of 15 to 30 percent on west-facing rooms after installation.
